You will learn:

  • How to take care of your joints. They are the spaces in your body that facilitate movement.
  • The nature and location of meridians. They are the lines of energy that connect all of your body’s moving parts.
  • To recognize your physical habit patterns. Over time, good patterns support you and unhealthy patterns break your body down. You can learn to change these.
